Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and is for exchange only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift certificates and gift cards are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you believe there is a warranty issue, please send a detailed email explaining to contact@tomwatersonline.com.

Refunds

Please package your item and send it back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then an exchange will be accepted, or a credit will be applied to your store account.

Sale items

Some sale items are “all sales final”. If sale items are returned, the exchange shall not exceed the price paid for that item at the time of its purchase.

Clearance items

Clearance items have no warranty and cannot be refunded. All sales are final on all clearance items.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your exchange is approved and the item you requested for an exchange is available, we will ship to you your replacement item.

If your exchange is approved and the item you requested as an exchange is not available, we will notify you that you will have store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
