"I could not recommend this place any more than I'm about to! And it all starts with the staff! Veronica was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I've been hunting down a certain pair of boots for months, with Ariat saying they're discontinued. ChatGPT finally found a lead when I searched again today, and lo and behold here they were at Tom's!! Veronica made the experience an 11/10 with how kind, helpful, and caring she was. She could tell how much these boots meant to me, and she made sure I got exactly what I needed, all while showcasing a beautiful level of shared emotion! I live in Indiana, but I might just have to visit Louisiana for the 1st time just to see how awesome this store and it's staff are! Thank you Tom's! Thank you Veronica!"
